White Horse revamp for Chelsea ground

Chelsea FC has seen significant further groundwork undertaken by White Horse Contractors this year at both Stamford Bridge and the club's Cobham Training Ground.

Building on the relationship that the Oxfordshire-based company has enjoyed with the club since the initial construction of the first team pitches in 2005, works this year have included the complete renovation of the Stamford Bridge ground, including Koro off, topping up with Fibresand, re-levelling, cultivating and seeding.

Also recently completed were phased intensive renovations of the Cobham Training Ground in Surrey, which covers an area of more than 17ha and incorporates the 1st team, reserve and academy pitches.
